The tattoo industry keeps on increasing. In the U.S.,
half of the people will have a tattoo by 2035. However, with the increase in tattoos, hygiene problems are also rising because there is no industry standard.
According to an article on Health Line, around 2 million infections are reported annually.
As Vaseline is widely used to heal tattoo scars,
we created a new hygiene standard for the tattoo
industry called “Blue Shields,” a label we give to
parlors that keep sanitation guidelines and have great reviews.

Tattoo parlors with Blue Shield certification are
displayed on Google Maps
with custom icons, allowing users to easily
identify clean and trusted locations.
